Last week the children took part in Healthy Eating Week. The aim of the week was to promote healthy eating, being active, learn about where food comes from as well as preparing and making a healthy snack/meal. During Healthy Eating week the children learnt about the different ways of leading a healthy active lifestyle. Each child took home the Healthy Eating Booklet that they completed during the week. There are some delicious recipes at the back of this booklet which we’d love you to make with your children to promote cooking as a family.
