School Football Team

Last Thursday Wistaston Academy football team had its first match against Gainsborough. 

It was a very entertaining, end to end match with chances for both teams. Unfortunately we were unable to put any of our efforts into the back of the net. Gainborough eventually won 3-0.

What was very pleasing was the effort and attitude of all of the Wistaston Academy players. Well done to everyone who played. We look forward to the next match.
